Payment

Payment is due after each session. I accept credit card, eFaktura, and Vipps. An invoice will be sent to your email or bank immediately after the session.

I’m a private-pay practice and don’t bill insurance directly. I’m happy to provide documentation you can submit to your insurer or employer (for example, an embassy) for reimbursement.

An English-speaking psychology practice in Oslo supporting children, adolescents, adults, and international families. I combine rigorous, research-based assessment with compassionate, neuroaffirming care, so every person feels understood and has a clear path forward.

Pathways to Well-Being

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions using proven, evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I). For trauma, I offer Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), two of the most effective treatments available.

Therapy for Children & Teens

Evidence-based support for children and adolescents facing anxiety, low mood, emotional and behavioural challenges, and the ups and downs of growing up between cultures. My approach is neuroaffirming and collaborative, and I work closely with parents and families so that progress carries over to home and school.

Education & Parenting Groups

Engaging, research-based presentations for schools and organisations on neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, trauma, and sleep. I also run parent groups for families of children with ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles, offering practical strategies, shared understanding, and a supportive community.

Comprehensive Psychological Assessment

Comprehensive assessments for ADHD, autism, learning differences (including dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia), and emotional and behavioural concerns. Every report is strengths-based and includes the test data, a clear rationale for the conclusions, and practical recommendations for the individual, the family, and the school.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (Dr. Psychol.), originally from California and based in Oslo for the past 15 years. Over more than 20 years, I’ve worked across neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessment, trauma treatment, postdoctoral research, university teaching, and aviation psychology, including as a US Air Force psychologist. That range brings both scientific depth and broad clinical experience to my work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

My approach is evidence-based and neuroaffirming. I work primarily in English and have a special connection to Oslo’s international community, both professionally and as a parent who has raised my own children here.
