I offer individualized therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In practice, this means we focus on understanding patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and developing practical tools to manage challenges, build resilience, and support meaningful change.
When working with children and adolescents, therapy is adapted to their developmental level and may include play-based methods, skills-building, and collaboration with parents to support progress at home and school.
Please note that therapy appointments are offered one evening per week. If my current capacity is full, you are welcome to request placement on my waiting list.
